Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence Tau(Phospho-Thr181) antibody (58002) ICC/IF staining of Tau(Phospho-Thr181) in mouse brain tissue. mouse brain was fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized for 20 minutes. Samples were incubated with 58002 at a working dilution of 1/50. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 647 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
